Jury

A professional team of foreign chefs, food critics and restaurant directors were involved in the assessment process. Experts from Lithuania and Estonia participated in the first assessments stage, while experts from Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland and Denmark in the second stage. The experts involved in the second and third stage had never been to Latvia before, and thus did not have a previous notion about Latvia’s restaurant culture.
